Led by Chef Nick Crane, with 13 years of experience serving high-profile NBA athletes and celebrity clientele and supported by 20 years of cooking expertise and professional training at a renowned culinary school in Hawaii, our team offers unparalleled culinary mastery.

From health-conscious menu planning to managing culinary teams and coordinating large events, Chef Nick’s proficiency shines through in every aspect. With a deep understanding of wine pairing and classical training under a Michelin-star chef, Chef Nick’s skills are honed to perfection.

Chef Nick is excited to collaborate with his longtime friend Kevin Kirkland, who brings a wealth of experience to the table. Kevin spent five years working on large private yachts, living alongside up to 20 crew members, primarily sailing in the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and along the west-east coasts of the United States

During this time, Kevin worked closely with some of the world’s most experienced private chefs. After leaving yachting, Kevin spent ten years as an estate manager for multiple UHNW families on the west side of LA.

With a rich background in planning and executing parties and events of all sizes and having worked with numerous private chefs, Kevin ensures that client’s needs are met at the highest level.
